AARP: Great Example of Explaining "Trusted Sender Lists"

I was looking at some websites of various organizations this afternoon to look for some info for a client and I happened upon this page on the AARP website. Scroll down the page and read the part about how various ISPs handle spam filtering. It explains clearly how you can check to see if something you wanted landed in a bulk mail folder and tells you how to add the AARP address to your trusted sender list so that it won’t go into the bulk mail folder by accident. It is really important to send your e-mail from a consistent address and encourage the recipients to add the address to their trusted sender list.

Take a look at the link. Have you stumbled upon an example of a good practice that more organizations should be following with e-mail? Tell me about it.
