Tsunami Relief Efforts and Online Giving
There are many worthy organizations accepting donations online for the Tsunami relief efforts. I’ve listed several below along with some Chicago based organizations that are accepting donations by check.
Unfortunately, some people may use this tragedy as a way to try to scam people out of their money. Please be careful to make sure you are on a donation site operated by a legit org. The ePhilanthropy foundation offers some guidance. Read their 10 tips for online giving:
