Avoiding Spam

I’ve recently noticed that companies are starting to put their e-mail address on their website like this: name(at)company.com rather than name@company.com This seems like a smart way to still provide an easy way for potential clients, donors, etc… to contact you without risking a spammer easily pulling your e-mail address off a website through an automatic e-mail address detection system. I hate it when you can’t find e-mail contact info on a website to get in touch with people. If you’ve tried this, jot me a note to let me know if it reduced your spam volume at all.
